We think that for Hanoi it was great value for money. The staff was loyal and the bed was comfy. Lots of food for an English breakfast. Also, it had parking nearby...

The place was very clean and staff was amazing! Liked the king size bed. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property.
